Be part of the team
Each Sunday, we have a dedicated team of volunteers serving sacrificially and generously to make Sundays happen. There are people who welcome, play a musical instrument, set-up, pack-up, serve morning tea, lead in prayer, and read the Bible.
We believe everyone has an important part to play and no one is insignificant. If there is an area of service that you’re passionate about, or you’d like the opportunity to grow and develop your gifting, we’d love to hear from you.

Hearing God's word is the heart of our Sunday services, so reading the Bible is a wonderful way to serve God's people. The reading is sent out earlier in the week, so you will have plenty of time to prepare. We use the NIV11 at Rozelle Presbyterian Church.
Leading God’s people in prayer is a wonderful privilege as we draw near to our good and gracious Heavenly Father, lifting our eyes to see his majesty, beauty, and glory, confessing our sins, and bringing our concerns, requests and praise to God.
The music team exists to help the congregation engage with God and each other in song.
The sound/AV team ensures technology is a help and not a distraction. It includes operating the sound desk, preparing presentation slides, and running Proclaim, our presentation software. Full technical training is provided, but a basic familiarity with technology is generally helpful.
The hospitality team exists to help people take the ‘next step’ at Redemption Hill. We want everyone who has contact with us to experience extravagant love. We have been loved by God, and this love bubbles over into love for others.
The morning tea team provides a warm and welcoming space after the service, providing light refreshments on Sundays. There will be some set-up (20 minutes before the service) and pack-up after the service.
We celebrate the Lord’s Supper on the first Sunday of each month. This team prepares the juice and bread before the service, and cleans up after the service.
